When I first started my business I attended an event where the speaker said, “ If you keep doing what you have always done, you will always get what you have always gotten and nothing will ever change in your life, unless you do.”  That really hit home to me.  I realized that I wasn’t happy with my life and the way the way my life was looking, well my future didn’t look much brighter.  At 25 years old I found myself in my basement watching 8 daycare children and  somedaying my life away.  I know so many get caught up in that kind of thinking…. “someday when I make more money I will start saving for my kids college fund”, “someday when I have more money I will save to go on a family vacation”, “someday when I have more time I will start working out”, “someday when I have more money I will be able to buy better products for my skin.”  The list goes on and on.  People from all walks of life say these things all of the time. Just because someone lives in a big home, has a few college degrees, and has a prestigious  job doesn’t mean they are happy or have a cash flow that will allow them to do all of the things I listed above.  Actually I have found more often than not, most people are living beyond their means, and living paycheck to paycheck.  Those that may actually be doing well financially quite often don’t have the time freedom to be able to enjoy the life they have created for themselves and their families. I can tell you this,  If you are tired of living a life that doesn’t seem like it was meant for you, if you are ready to make changes, and I am talking BIG CHANGES..you have come to the right place! 

 

Arbonne is a 37 year old company that prides itself on being a company that gives back big, it teaches their consultants the importance of culture within an organization and that is modelled and passed down from one successline to the next, and it teaches their consultants to love and support each other and their success, not to compete with one another.

I know for a fact that when I started my business I was like ignorance on fire.  I was so ready to change my life that I just dove in and figured things out as I went.  I find many times new consultants feel like they have to know everything and have their ducks in a row before they can get started.  I can personally tell you, that is not the case.  I was so hungry for a life change I was WILLING to do what it took.  I remember someone saying to me that if this business were easy than the VPs would get a white bicycle rather than a white Mercedes Benz.  I do believe our system for getting started and building up to management is easy, but the hard part is what goes on in between our own ears.  You see quite often we self-sabotage and talk ourselves out of doing the things we need to do to grow a successful business because we are too worried about what people will thing or we don’t believe that “we” have what it takes to be an NVP.

I want you to know that I have people that have doubted me my whole life.  I have teachers from high school that probably thought I would never amount to more than working at an average job in my small town, getting married and being a mom.  There has been nothing sweeter than proving all of them wrong.  Believe me I had quite the list on my “drive by list” for when I earned my Mercedes as a new RVP.  What I mean by that is , I had A LOT of people that didn’t support me, that thought it was a phase, that thought I would self-implode..and those people, were the first ones that got a copy of my EOA Success Story and got a view of my new ride.  I quite honestly could have cared less about the Mercedes.  It was what that Mercedes represented that meant so much to me.  In order for me to promote and get to that level to earn that car, I had to help others become successful and promote to management.

I remember seeing leaders training on stage at our big global training conference and imagining myself on that stage and you know what… I have been there.  Not only have I trained main stage twice at our GTC Conference in front of 17,000 people I have already walked that stage as a Million Dollar Club Achiever, and as a Spirit of Arbonne Award Winner.  Those are all honors that I will always cherish.  I share that because I believe that I am not any different than you.  I know we are all created to do great things with our lives.  I know each of you reading this has the potential to become an Executive National Vice President with Arbonne and have millions of dollars in sales each month that your teams sell, and I know each of you know in your gut that you CAN do this.  Yes, change is scary.  Its uncomfortable.  When you are scared, when you are uncomfortable though..in Arbonne , that means you are growing.  You may ask yourself why are some successful and other are not.  I believe that is because those that succeed were WILLING.  They didn’t just WANT it.  They WANTED IT, they were WILLING to get in the trenches and do the do, they were WILLING to plug into their teams system and BE COACHABLE.  They were willing to set aside their ego and learn from doing.  Did NVPs fall, yes!! Most likely like I did , they failed MANY times.  Although I teach my team that the more you fall and get back up, the bigger your rubber butt will be.  In our business you want to have a big, fat rubber butt.  If you do, you will have NO problem experiencing challenges and adversities that will come your way because you know when you go through them, there is a lesson to be learned and you will be stronger because of them.  You have to have a test before you can have a testimonial.

 

This website was created with YOU in mind.  Your success is extremely important to me.  In order for you to be successful you have to be WILLING.  You have to be a DREAMER. You have to LOVE OTHERS.  You have to SERVE OTHERS.  You have to LOG IN YOUR FLIGHT MILES.  It takes time to build a significant network marketing business.  Don’t give yourself a deadline.  There was never any doubt that I would be an NVP.  I remember my sponsor and I both saying, even if it took us ten years to become a National Vice President we wouldn’t quit, and you know what, we both did it in three years.  Another thing, neither one of us have a college degree.  You don’t have to fit into anyone’s mold.  All you have to do is believe you can, be willing, and get into activity.  There is absolutely nothing in this business that activity can’t fix.  Some will , some wont, so what, who is next.  I believe those that join my team are meant to be on my team and those that don’t, who knows…they may watch and join me later.

 

Because of Arbonne I have lived a life I only dreamed of before.  Because of Arbonne the person I am today is definitely not who I was when I started my business 15 years ago.  Because of Arbonne I have more friends than I could have ever dreamed of having.  Because of Arbonne I have traveled the world; Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Hawaii, Italy, Canada, Bangkok, Thailand.  Because of Arbonne I was able to be in a financial position to adopt my precious son Mateo and complete our family of five through international adoption.  Because of Arbonne I was able to start a nonprofit that serves thousands in Guatemala.  I want you to IMAGINE your life because of Arbonne.  Imagine what your life will look like 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, and 15 years down the road.  The money I make in one month with Arbonne is more than I made in an entire year doing in home daycare all year long x 2!!!  The money I make with Arbonne in one month can pay college tuition for all three of my kids.  Ya all , I want you to know I am NORMAL.  I am an everyday average stay at home mom from a small town, and if I can do this, so can you!!!
